Yer... windows seems to agree with cpu-z over the cpu speed so maybe some odd bios error...
Oh and mobo is asus p5b-e plus. Ram is oc'd very slightly (to 850mhz instead of 800) at a 4:5 ratio - could that have anything to do with it??:mad:
