If it’s added to Apple Pay it will work, doesn’t matter if the physical card supports contactless or not.
The 21” iMac isn’t running desktop class. I fully expect the 27” iMac to be running something better than the M1.
British - PC isn’t the same as British, like I said I believe the British - PC setting will switch the “ and @ mapping.
Pretty sure there is a keyboard layout you can select in settings. It’s labelled British - PC.

New Apple TV and maybe an AirTag for me. Doesn't look like they are going to sell the new TouchID keyboards separately which is a shame.
Mine is pretty much silent on the dashboard with slightly higher noise when a game is running, but you have to have the TV muted to hear it at all.

Definitely the PS5, plays all the PS4 and PS4 Pro games, but far more quiet and will actually get new game releases and yes the new PSVR next year.
