If I was to call it I would say that the onscreen fps count was showing a reading based on 1 card,so possibly doubling it would give an accurate "in the moment" fps reading ?

Sounds like you are looking at the fan speed percentage which from memory,tops out at 60% on the default fan profile.

SF4 is defo locked to 60 fps,dont think its even possible to unlock it without some serious timing issues.

Its an extension you can use with chrome that makes scrolling webpages much smoother than normal.Behaves more like the smooth scrolling you get on tablets etc.

Sounds like you are reading the system ram rather than the vram amount.Those games defiantly don't use that amount of vram at 1440p.

No it displays at 60 hz still but plays each frame twice,so instead of being on screen for 16.6 ms it displays each frame twice to total 33.3 ms,and does this exactly 30 times a second ( when they can sustain 30 fps that is ;) )
