I'm in 2 minds to enter Freedom racings new 50k next weekend, I'm entered into Hurt wood on December the 3rd which will be my last run until I turn 50, hamstring been tweaking a bit lately.

I've never played a Forza game, are any of the older ones worth picking up on the cheap?

Just picked up saucony triumph 20 for £50 in the JD early sales access thingy bob.. I wasn't going to get these... But I can't resist a running bargain, they also had guide 15 and endorphin trail at £50

There is a good saucony sale on over at sports shoes, speed 3 sub £100, pro 3 £125, shift 3 and triumph 20 also discounted. I picked up the xodus ultra runshield for myself. Oh and discount codes work as well if you happen to have one.

Haven Devon Cliffs was always a hit with my 2, they loved that pool when they where younger, sandy beach with a bar on top of it.

Um still running marathons at the age of 48, I took running up at the age of 40 to prove to myself that I'm not old yet.... Still going strong ☺️

Just worked out why my alien research tree wasn't working... I've been pumping mud into the laboratory and not water

Yup worked that one out, however I have lots of research in the alien tree that won't start

I'm just winging it, have 3 outposts but only just worked out I can scan with the middle mouse button to aid in research... No idea how to set up the mud pumps ect

Just put 4 hours, no idea where the time went... Just finished alien research

It's out on Steam now I might bite the bullet when I get home

Is it worth playing 1 or 2 or could I just jump into WH3 and not be over whelmed?

Rowing is very good for your core strength and that will help with the running form

I've not played a RE game since no.4, would it be worth playing RE7 as that can be had for cheap as chips before picking the new one up?
