Strange lol, mine is stable with max clock at 2950 and it won't hit 13k, very odd. Maybe different brands have different power limits in the BIOS and so the 15% slider allows for more power if the card BIOS has higher voltage?

Hmm interesting maybe I need to try something to push the power beyond the 15% cap then. It does fluctuate but it doesn't dip below 2750-2800. I guess other than scores 500pts in 3d mark won't actually translate to performance, maybe I'll just leave it haha.

Hmm pretty much identical performance to me... mine maintains slightly higher clocks but nothing that accounts for 200pts. Maybe because your CPU is quite a lot better you’re getting a slight boost overall.

I use adrenaline software (Radeon drivers) min Freq 2830 max Freq 2930.

With an overclock mine boosts to 2800-2900 range.

As with anything in this stupid market the prices swing massively, but you can definitely pick one up for £600-700. Mine was £680. But short of a future forum deal here (or the mythical FE), you won't see a 3070 near these prices most are in the 800-900 range.
