hi has anyone ever owned or used a CEM LA-1012 Professional Cable Locator Kit ? if so are they any good? i was going to buy the socket and see-DCF200 Dead Circuit Finder but i have heard their not to clever. i know this is nothing to do with computers but i thought i`d give it a shot.

hi i want to format the hdd so i can do a clean install of vista basic 64bit. with xp you just set up to boot from the dvd drive and go from there. i tried to format the disk from the dropdown menu on "computer" but i it says you cant format partition/drive because it already has vista on it...

thanks for that. i went to rarlab and downloaded a trial version of winrar, downloaded and installed the new drivers , everything working fine , i`m off to bed.

its not long since i had to shell out for a new system, and then i decided to get a xonar card ,wich costs more than any sound card i`ve bought in the past. i didnt expect to have to payout just to get driver updates. i dont know about everyone else but i personally am not rolling in it !:(

i bought a xonar soundcard a bit ago and have just downloaded a driver update but when i tried to in stall i cant cos its a RAR file. i havent come across this type of file before. anyone know how i can sort this?:confused:
