Just to be clear i think it is film on the window, not glue. Will the solvent remove what ever film is on there ?

My Local Council have been out this morning and stuck a notice on the car. Hopedully (although i doubt it) will propt the owner to make it either road legal or scrap it. Failing that i know the Council will have it removed
