    Powering the pump (AIO)

1.196v The temps I'm not concerned about, but reducing them is always on everyone's mind.

    Powering the pump (AIO)

I've got that going on at the minute, with a PWM splitter for the two radiator fans off the OPT (correction: pump is in the CPU header) so it's rather loud at the moment. If I grab a 12v molex splitter, attach the pump onto that and then keep the fans on the OPT that should be best of both...

    Powering the pump (AIO)

So I have a H110 and 4770k. Stock clock speed and idle is ~30c. Prime95 on Small FFTs it rises to ~80c. This seemed rather high so I'm having a look around and my pump is plugged into the CPU OPT. It only occurred to me then that it might have been plugged into the wrong thing. (Corsair...

£1700 Upgrade, quite a bit more than I've done before

It would only be for C:, so a 250gb would be plenty.

£1700 Upgrade, quite a bit more than I've done before

I do have one I can use for this, but out of curiosity, what would you recommend? I last bought an SSD when OCZ were still trading.

£1700 Upgrade, quite a bit more than I've done before

I added that motherboard yesterday afternoon, after sleeping on it and reading this, I was being silly to consider it really - just burning money. I included it, along with the 900D because I could SLI, add watercooling properly etc IF I wanted to in the future (2, 3 years down the line). From...

£1700 Upgrade, quite a bit more than I've done before

Guys this is fantastic. I knew there were savings to be made in the build, I'd have preferred the size of the 900D but the cost reduction is just too great really.

£1700 Upgrade, quite a bit more than I've done before

Hi, yup I'd like to keep it relevant for gaming for a long time. Other than that there will be modelling/rendering and general dev work. I was looking at maybe £1100 - 1200 but just thought I should go the whole hog really.

£1700 Upgrade, quite a bit more than I've done before

Hello all, I’m just in the process of putting together an upgrade for my PC, but it is about £1000 more than I have spent before and I'm not entirely sure of my decisions. YOUR BASKET 1 x EVGA GeForce GTX 780Ti Superclock ACX 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card (03G-P4-2884-KR)...

Booking flight that may need to be amended?

Yes you made it clear, but the only ticket I know which allows changes is one that allows the return to be changed. :(

Booking flight that may need to be amended?

You can get open-ended tickets which allow the return to be changed with X days notice for £X (depending on airline) with the latest being XX days from the date of outward journey. They usually cost a bit more too. (Typically 7 days, £50 and 90 days.)

Logitech are really good. I hope that they don't reduce the levels of service as a method of cost cutting.

The worst service you've ever received?

Motorola/SBE Limited (the repair centre) My Atrix broke 3 months after I got it. 15 months later, it was still not repaired. Motorola refuse to accept responsibility - saying there was a 12 month warranty and any SOGA/EU Directive is the responsibility of Orange. (If it was their...
