Ok so I'm switching out my old AM3 board & Phenom 955 for an i5 4690K and Z97X motherboard. I'm planning on a fresh re-install of windows of course, but all my programs and games are stored on a separate HDD. Am I going to have to format this also and re-download and install everything else?

Yeh SSD is staying for now. Thought it was an OCZ, its actually a C300 Crucial.

Yeh I have a CPU heatsink. Corsair H60. Will I see much improvement out of the box with the bundle suggested? Or would it be more of a slight increase until I oc?

Im mainly looking for more FPS in games. In honesty I'm not really struggling THAT much. But since starting back on WOW im struggling to maintain a stead 30fps, so It leads me to think an upgrade may be due.

Those with queuing issues need to either roll on a new server, or stop the moaning. If you're playing on an overpopulated server then queue's are to be expected. All my toons are on Saurfang and I'm yet to queue once. Straight in everytime :)
