Hi, We have a number of Meraki MR42 APs. I have set the 2.4ghz target power to 13dbm and the 5ghz to 20dbm. I am getting 13dbm transmit power on 2.4ghz, but only 17dbm on 5ghz. RF profile is set to AutoPower min and max 13dbm on 2.4ghz and 20dbm on 5ghz. Anyone know how to get 20dbm transmit...

Try AutoGuard app. It has most of the functionality you are looking for. Works fine on my Note 3 with the phone plugged into the car charger.

I was considering the Samsung 32H5500 but ended up paying a bit more and getting the Sony 32W7, as it just looks and feels like a more premium product compared to the Samsung. Using it mainly as a temporary pc monitor and screen mirroring my android phone.

Pretty decent system you have already. Aside from the GPU suggestions, you could also look at getting a cheap Xeon 5650 CPU for a couple more cores - should overclock to 4Ghz+ fairly easily.

After a bit more research, I'm almost decided on a Kraken X41 with push/pull fans exhausting out of the back, with a 230mm front and 2x120mm top fans sucking air in. Hopefully this will also create adequate airflow around the GPU area.
