I was getting this problem in bad company 2. After about 10 minutes black screen and sound loop. If I close afterburner (as in end it in the task manager) it won't crash. All other games work fine with afterburner, just bc2 that crashes. Annoying because I use afterburner to record.

I have had this exact issue with Roccat Kaves. Even with just the USB plugged in, there is this white noise. Then with the 4 audio cables plugged in, it gets louder. Very annoying, so like yourself I'm after a headset without a USB connection.

Ah I've been getting this as well. I get green flashes then the whole screen goes grey and locks up. This only happens every now and then but still very annoying. Mainly in aircraft oddly. I'm on 11.10 drivers and still got it earlier today on Caspian Border.

Good lord that thread is full of idiots. Most of them seem to think they are owed a game that is to there exact requirements. The game is brilliant on the PC so who cares if they switched over to consoles. Bunch of kids!

Agree. I had an awesome conquest game with 16 players, 8vs8. I'm not really liking 64 player servers to be honest. It just too chaotic and doesnt really encourage teamwork in your squads.

To the people getting booted from servers, only join servers with punkbuster disabled. Sorted my problems out.
