just to add my review on this... I have a 3080 10gb and a 3090, difference in games or its ability to load/play them on High (we all know ultra is a waste) is zero. For anyone thinking it won't be enough if your looking to purchase IMO it'll be fine unless your also using it for blender etc...

yeah the second pc is more of something I chucked together out of parts that have been sat around, so it only really for something to fiddle with.

the 1080ti in question is some who’s had it from new that I work with, all they do is normal games and isn’t into OC

been offered a straight swap for my EVGA 2060 to a EVGA 1080ti in my second pc, I'm torn whether to or not. I don't really use the rt cores, and the 1080ti does have more vram which would be helpful at 1440p any input on whether I should swap or not would be greatly appreciated.

where did you find this tier B info from? all have found so far on the Silverstone sfx800w is its 80 plus titainum?

I actually see this earlier today, really like what you're doing so far. did make me consider something similar. that way I can keep my 1000w evga unit. only thing that's kinda stopping me is I wanted to put a radiator there.

I did look at this, do we think it'll be enough? also is Silverstone a good psu maker? the guarantee on these aren't that long compared to others..

hello, any recommendation on a SFX PSU for a 3090 that will likely be overclocked along with a i9 cpu? (3090 to be acquired whenever that happens lol) I know they are hard to come by at the min but no rush as currently on a ATX one until I can source one for the 011 mini that's sat to one...
