Another weekend of Fernley sunning himself and not contributing in any way to the gardening
We even brought out a little bowl of water because his indoor bowl is 5m away which is clearly too far
92mm fan on a tower. The cpu cooler clearance is apparently 140mm (Thermaltake Core V1) but my 120mm fan heat sink doesn’t fit. If there are compact 120mm fan solutions say 130mm then that’s fine but I doubt that leaves much room for ram clearance etc
I have a project PC with a 4790S 65w CPU in a mini ITX case and am using an Asaka top down heatsink which is reasonably chunky like Pentium 4 sized heatsink but it is hotter than I’d like and loud. Can some one recommend a 92m tower cooler that works with 1150 and is also high quality I.e. no...
No. An American comments about an American practice of tipping forgetting that gaming is a global industry and it will be weird for people who are from the country of Not America.
If I wanted to express my support for a developer I would buy the DLC or write a review.
No. The office environment is so tied down to windows and office that I can’t see that market ever changing. As a result I can’t see the general home market changing either. Steam, who arguably have a nearly complete stronghold on PC gaming, failed with its steam PCs and that was before...
Today I ‘did a thing’. Had to go to city of London from Southampton which was car plus train plus underground. It was a planning presentation which I was nervous for in the first place but as someone who is a bit agorophobia-y these days the crowded train and underground was hell. Not to mention...
I decided to sell my boxed, green Gameboy Micro as I never use it (the screen is much too small for me to use these days) and then I saw the prices on eBay hot damn.
also me: But they're so neat you should keep it
I'm still playing this single player mode and I am a bit confused about bop. I tuned my car a bunch and then the game adjusted the power and weight to a certain level. Does it adjust everything e.g. aero, suspension set up or just weight and power. Is it track AND car specific? I understand what...
It's gotta be Grand Theft Auto 4 reveal trailer. For me and the games I was exposed to it was a huge leap in graphics and realism. So many details. Grown up music.
Sometimes I regret selling my weird C3 system with a soldered Samuel C3 CPU if I’m remembering that right. I don’t think it had AGP but I used my PCI voodoo 3 back then which was a good speed match. Setmul worked great for slower DOS games.
Today I hoovered out the car washed the plastics and replaced the worn floor mats with some aftermarket replacements which are much worse than I anticipated. I also got a cheap steering wheel cover on a trip to Halfords.
I've swapped in a passive 9500GT into my XP PC on the new Dell 1600x1200 2007FP. It is surprisingly capable even at this resolution for mid 2000s games and I've been enjoying some...
The Sims 2 (I am no architect)
Age of Empires 3
GTA 3
BF2 with X-Fi sound
It's nice that I've got...
I had an xps like that recently - core 2 duo, an SSD, 4GB DDR2 and an nvidia 8600GT. Downgraded to XP. It was surprisingly slow with my 2018 Pentium Silver netbook being faster in 2007 games. I didn’t really like it
