    Split Air con

Hopefully fixed my image! Maybe I should get a quote for Fujitsu rather than MHI to see if I can save anything.

Here's my quote, was hoping it was going to be closer to £1k per room rather than £1.5k.

Who's this with? I've just been quoted £6100 for a 4 room multi split so yours seems good value.

Oh so it's like a gentleman's club now, how many new members are signing up each day? I'd have thought forums are less likely to attract the younger audience, compared to when I signed up in my teens!

Solar panels and battery - any real world reccomendations?

I emailed them back and apparently this is the cost of in roof systems because they have to dispose of tiles! No, they're not made of asbestos... I'll be getting some other quotes.

Solar panels and battery - any real world reccomendations?

It's a new build so unfortunately I had no say in the matter. I'm looking at the new Viridian 405w panels and I think i can fit 9/10 of these on the SW roof. I imagine the cost of 270w panels is why they were chosen or the site was specified when thats all that was available and to get to 4kw...

Solar panels and battery - any real world reccomendations?

So my new house has 6.5kw of solar and I'm looking for a battery and whole house backup that can integrate with home assistant. What's the best off the shelf solution I'll be able to get from an installer, or am I better buying all the kit myself and finding an electrician to fit it? If so...

    BT Infinity & FTTx Discussion

I'm guessing with FTTP there's no way of getting a better upload without an increase in download? So say 100 down and up? Also been reading about 1000/220 connections, are these business only?

    **Unofficial Tyre Thread**

My fronts have plenty of life left, however they're pretty mid range and were on the car when I got them. National tyres currently have 15% off when buying 4 goodyears so were the cheapest I could find.
