If I think of my split of 50/50 gaming photoshop/video editing would the AMD 7 7800 X3D still be the one to go for? If I went the intel route would something like the i9 12900K be a better option? I see this is 2 years old...

I've not upgraded my PC for the best part if 9 years now. It's done very well until this point.
I do a bit of Lightroom editing and occasional gaming. (My PC wont run Alan Wake? but maybe my cpu is too old? i7 3820).
All other components are good, new ish PSU, RTX 3030 Graphics Card...
Just received mine and was shocked to see that it drains the battery overnight when turned off?
Not owned a Flash since the Nikon SB-800 some 10 years ago.
Anybody got one of these and experiencing the same issue?
Other than that the flash is amazing but cba pulling the battery out after...

I did the lactate test in march, not sure if it helped as mine was high anyway because I was pounding the turbo the days before. You can see how recovery rides help flush out any crap with the blood results which I guess helped.
He set my HR zones based on that test but find them way out on the...

The Orbea doesn't look as nice but by gosh its responsive. the Cipo i've not jelled with yet, you need big power of which I don't have.

Well I'm getting them fitted tomorrow, with 11-25 cassette! I'm used to tubs and the club I ride with (PUSH Cartel, Ambleside) mainly ride tubs so we all carry spares and the mechanic is rapid at changing them.
