There was a problem with this cooler. You can check if yours was a affected on the artic site by typing in your serial number. Could it be to do with that?

I see what you're saying but the Palit site says that the RMA goes through the retailer so presumably it would have to go to the original buyers address.

No it was on an auction site but I decided not to get anyway. The seller claimed to provide original invoice but I’m not sure what good that would be unless they were going to sort the RMA for me.

Anyone dealt with Palit directly for a second hand card? From reading their website they will only do RMAs through the retailer and they won’t go by the serial number for the date it was originally shipped like some manufacturers.

Are you sure you've got no frame rate limit on? That's what happened to me (with a different card).

You might be able to use more power tools to change the fan profile permanently. Someone else probably knows here.

Does your card have a different bios where there is no fan stop? I'm also getting that message all the time too.
