If its starting with 1 stick, id try it with the other stick and see if starts then, if not then there is a pretty good chance there is fault with the RAM you have.

I have a pair of AKG 242 K hd's, love them so far. Im wondering if my titanium hd is driving them fully though, maybe a external headphone amp would improve the cans?

The Bsod code generally means more vcore, so you could try upping the vcore a notch and see how you go on, however you paid for a overclock which doesnt work, so you would be fully within your rights to contact OcUK about it.

Is EIST enabled within your BIOS settings? Also the temps are fine but what voltages are being used by the Auto overclock, you might want to use CPUz (you can download it for free) to monitor the Vcore volts in use, the Auto overclocks can use high voltages.

This is the best iv managed so far, any lower vcore than this and i get WHEA errors -
