Firmware is up to date. But yes, it's stuck in PCIe 3.0 x2 mode... Tried changing PCIEX16 Bifurcation in the BIOS but still the same.

What brand is the PC/motherboard? Drivers should be available from manufacture's site. Alternatively, you could also try plugging your PC directly into the router (through Ethernet) so that Windows updates then try the dongle again

Curious how you managed that if not posting at all? I can also see the board has quite a number of switches, LEDs & jumpers. Are they all set correctly, etc? IMO if you've tried all that & still having problems, returning the board would be the viable option rather than spending more money...
