    Tabletop Warhammer?

Only question that remains is which variant! For me, it'll always be the Shadowsword!

Spec-Me: Capable, but not extreme. Affordable, but not budget. Casual gaming.

Briefly considered it, but thought it was a bit too extreme! :D I was moments away though...

Spec-Me: Capable, but not extreme. Affordable, but not budget. Casual gaming.

UPDATE: I have purchased an Acer 34" XR341CK. It's a 3440x1440 monitor at 75Hz with Freesync. Just need to buy a GPU that'll run it now! I'm thinking a Radeon 5700 XT based on several suggestions in this thread.

Not patronising at all, mate. I appreciate the response. I think I'd be happy with a non-4k UW, because I like the idea of a large impressive screen for the immersive experience and spectacle of it, rather than the highest resolution one I can get. I suppose that means I can get a less...

Spec-Me: Capable, but not extreme. Affordable, but not budget. Casual gaming.

I'm looking to upgrade my monitor to a large 4k, or near-4k Ultrawide, for some impressive gaming visuals. My current GPU limits me to 2560x1600. I've not bought a GPU since 2011/12 or so, hence the age of my current GPU. I think the rest of my system will be fine, so just looking at upgrading...

    Which 32"ish 4k monitor, or near-4k Ultrawide?

Looking to increase my screen real estate, for multitasking and for gaming. I was impressive visuals in games like Skyrim, Fallout, Witcher 3, etc. Preferably something "normal" looking, without LEDs and a big garish gaming stand on it. I'm not looking for something that is designed to bleed...

35" Ultrawide (3440x1440) on an older GPU (NVIDIA GTX 570)?

Hmm, tricky! Wonder whether it's worth upgrading more components alongside the GPU? Would I be bottlenecked by my old components (rig specs in sig block)?

35" Ultrawide (3440x1440) on an older GPU (NVIDIA GTX 570)?

I am interested in getting an 35” Ultrawide monitor, likely resolution 3440x1440. Mostly for productivity (audio editing, comparing word docs side by side, multi-tasking, etc), but also for gaming. However my GPU (NVIDIA GTX 570) states that it supports up to 2560x1600 resolution. What does...

Logitech K800 Wireless Illuminated Keyboard Acceptable For Gaming?

I've just ordered a K800 and I've read a few people on here who seem to be content with it, but I have been struck with a bit of buyer's remorse after reading about some key ghosting issues and coming (belatedly) across some reviews that talk about the design/build not being suited to gaming...

    Overwatch

Going to be buying the game this weekend, is there a good place to start reading about all the classes for background knowledge, etc?

Selling A Bike Privately - Should I Be Concerned?

I went from a Bonnie and a Street Triple R to a S1000RR. That was 6 months ago. I'm now going back to the retro style with the Thruxton R!

Selling A Bike Privately - Should I Be Concerned?

Bike sold and off with its new owner! Typically the chap tried to offer me less than we agreed when he arrived, but I stood my ground. Now, time to ring up Triumph tomorrow and buy myself a Thruxton!

Selling A Bike Privately - Should I Be Concerned?

To be fair, I took £4k in cash to my last bike purchase when I bought my Street Triple. The guy offered to take bank transfer, but wouldn't let me test ride without full asking price in hand, so I basically gave him £4k as a "deposit" to take the bike for a spin to ensure it was all 100% legit.

    Fans of game guides.

I've often used game guides to find out where the best treasures are, or what the best outcome on quest choices were, etc in games like Skyrim and Fallout. In my most recent of both Skyrim and Fallout 4, though. I've avoided them as much as possible unless absolutely stuck on something I deemed...

Selling A Bike Privately - Should I Be Concerned?

Thanks for the reassurance guys, I've asked him to pay by bank transfer so that everything is sorted. I'll let you know how it goes! Yeah, definitely. Without wanting to sound paranoid, you never know who is going to turn up/how many, etc. Will be sure not to do it solo!

Selling A Bike Privately - Should I Be Concerned?

I had my S1000RR up on AutoTrader, eBay and various forums for £8k from early Sep to a week ago, but it didn't sell. With that in mind, I put it on eBay for £7k on a week long bid, which ends next Saturday and I had a chap ring up today and, after a bit of haggling, we settled on £7200. I...
