I had the same issue with my 932 and a samsung spinF3, i was wriggleing arround for ages, have you tryed some HDD screws, some that are small enough, otherwise its just a case of moving the rubber fittings about untill they pop into place, dont be affraid to use a bit of force.

exactly, so the M/B is as shiped

thing is the M/B dosnt beep, it would beep if; cpu was not installed, cpu was faulty, ram was not installed, ram was faulty, the only reason a M/B dosnt beep is if it is faulty

belive it was a online site, and guessing within the last month, havent been able to get hold of him
