Is the ram getting the correct voltage? I had a similar issue with a build recently, the board was set at 1.35v in bios, but was undervolting, set it a bit higher & problem solved Rob

Removed the cpu & no bent pins. Looks like it may be a motherboard issue after all. Updated to the latest bios as well. Im running out of things left to check So here's what I've tried so far Checked cpu, no bent pins. No visable damage to the motherboard Flashed bios to the newest version...

Just using default, no xmp, so running at 2667mhz or something like the. Both sticks will run with xmp on,only one stick at a time, only in dimm3 Rob
