As title really. I had the full timing belt/fuel pump replacement carried out on a 2l tdci S-max recently, and now the alternator/auxiliary belt just broke. It looks very old - I would have thought it should have been replaced at the time the cambelt was done, but the paperwork isn't detailed...

OK. After a bit more looking, I realised that Irfanview will actually create a slideshow .exe which I can use to achieve what I wanted, so problem solved! (It only has an alpha blend 'fade', but then that's what I wanted. If it had actual transitions, it would be superb!)

I can't see if there's any reason to do any of that if you're putting a fresh install on it. Just format the disc before you start an you're good to go. Win 7 recognises SSDs and sets the offset and partitions up just fine. Sadly, one of my M225's has just had to go back to Crucial after...
