My mate asked for some advice on what workhorse to buy (pickup, suv?), I can't think of anything, so hopefully you lot will come to the rescue! lol
Requirements:

You shouldn't judge the tune by the numbers, the power curve and how the power/torque comes on is more important, especially on the road. Even if the gains aren't massive, you'll notice that the car becomes more responsive and no longer feels like you're towing a trailer.
BM3 Stage 1 on my old...
Check what brand makes them and see if you can get some on AutoDoc. I would also check BMW, sometimes they're cheaper than other places for little bits, not sure about sensors tho.
Sell the M135i, get M140i/M240i, put a Stage 2+ tune, front LCA+TS from M3/4, bilstein or KW coilovers, polybush the rear and slap an LSD in, jobs a goodun.
On sidenote, just get something RWD with V8, C63 with a custom exhaust is pure filth. :D
It doesn't sound too bad, also when did the forum turn into ducati owners forum? :p
I'm starting with 0 ncb's, so it won't be cheap, I haven't had time to look yet... :/
I spent hours looking at lab results comparing different oils on different engines, there's no golden recipie for all and even after all that reading I'm still confused. There's too much choice, I'm a simple man, I want 3 options: cheap, mid and expensive.
BMW don't actually produce oil, some oil brands don't make their own oil either, they've other compnies (which also sell oil under their own branding) to make it and package it for them. Same with car parts, car manufactures don't actually make their own replacement parts... Once again, its hard...
What exact oil did you use? Would you mind checking? There's so many varaiations even with the correct spec, its hard to wrap my head around it.
The last 2 changes, I have used this - Millers Oils Trident Professional C3 5w-30 Fully Synthetic , this is also when the oil consumption started. I...
It looks like anything with LL04 and C2/C3 rating will do, but at the same time those are not the only things that should be taken into consideration when choosing engine oil.
DPF Delete. :D
We bought ours when it was around 3.5 years old too, 2nd owner, servicing was done around 10k at the beginning, but when we started doing euro trips etc, I started doing oil changes every 4-5k. Car was built in Jan 2015, pre-lci early model. What year was yours?
Edit:
Did a bit more digging...
I'm surprised this thread is only 114 pages long, I don't drive much these days, fully remote and I walk or cycle. But, the rare occasion I drive, no matter the day of the week or time, the number of idiots on the roads never stops to amaze me... So why isn't this on page 1114? :p
Sounds good, but how am I suppose to find you on socials? At least put the @, you don't have to link it... I truly hope this works out, make sure you take some tools, loads of zip ties and duck tape. lol
