Not my experience at all I am afraid although my rank is not high. Face hunter/aggro hunter, aggro paladin and face odd mage is all I seem to be playing at the moment. 1 in 8 - 1 in 10 seem to be non aggro.

Maybe, but even midnight club and need for speed made sure that the usual wheel and pedal configurations worked with the games from the off. I just can't help but feel it would have been worth the effort.

King's bounty the legend and armored princess (not the later ones). Very laptop friendly and lot of fun if you like HOMM type games. Plus of course crusader kings 2 if you can get a complete edition for a good price.

That seems really complacent, a fair amount of flight game enthusiasts will think that "if HOTAS is an afterthought then this really is not the game for me".
