Good point I don't need the dual NIC's the only thing that looks better on the ud5 is the cooling? I'm switching between the two pages and not really seeing much change is the bios less configurable or something?

I'm not a fan boy or anything I appreciate that AMD are making fantastic cards right now but as I have a 120Hz monitor and 3D vision kit compounded by the fact the 480 is the most powerful single card available means it doesn't enter the equation. Also it doesn't bother me that it turns heaps...

Well I have the tri-cool fans the Antec case was shipped with which have 3 3-stage switches I'm quite happy using these meaning my only concern is the 2000rpm fan on the CPU heat-sink which looking at the reviews can get quite loud.
