Just don't trust dell customer service at all they lied to me through out my problem with my 32"4k oled alienware monitor, as it arrived with a damaged panel.

Yes bought at dell, what I found that was funny, the name of the customer service that told me to contact tech support was the same person that replayed to me.

I did state to them it was unfit for purpose as it arrived damaged, I can contact PayPal if they don't play ball, I read a story on reddit that a guy had a headache with his rma, they sent him a replacement screen that had deep scratches on it and told him to wipe them off.

Dell got back to me saying that they will not help me out and said I should buy a new monitor, wtf this is a brand new one not even a month old, so I'm going to ask to return it under the distance selling act as unfit for purpose as it arrived damaged and if I have to start a PayPal dispute, I'm...

I'll pack it all up and bring it down stairs and go from there, thanks :)

Ah great, do they send a new sealed box with the exchange do you know.

Contacted customer service and they said I need to go through tech support, god knows why it's not broken.

I thought I had a dead pixel but only noticed it today as its so small when I was cleaning the screen for the first time and it's a chip, I'm very careful with my pc items and I know it was not me.

Whats involved with a screen rma as ive found a fault on mine.

Sold my old one on the mm, god that packing drove me mad for a bit.
