Just cancel their bid and block the buyer - https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/listings/cancelling-bid?id=4140
I'd also stick something in the description that informs potential bidders than any bids from zero feedback accounts will be cancelled.
Most banks and building societies don't expect it to go that high, hence why you'll currently get a better fixed rate if you pick a 5/10 year over a 2 year.
2 year swap rates currently sitting at 4.2. 5 year are below 4
2 year swap rates have been reasonably stable at around 4.5% since the beginning of November - https://uk.investing.com/rates-bonds/gbp-2-years-irs-interest-rate-swap
Be wary of fixing at higher than that unless you really value the security. Chances are most fix rate deals will drop to around...
Bit odd that he didn't check the price beforehand. Thought it was well known that Trade and Retail paints differ in quality?
I've used quite a few different paints in the past, but I always get good results with Dulux Trade stuff. Have succumbed to the temptation of getting cheaper stuff a few...
I've got the same 3700X & B350F Strix.
The Hynix ram is your problem. I could never get Corsair LPX 3200 Hynix to play nicely above 3200mhz.
Now I'm running 3200mhz 8pack B die at 3800 C16 tight timings fully stable.
Also have Crucial Ballistix LT which runs 3600 C16 fully stable (and maybe...

These are the settings I'm using (all the 'recommended' values);
And my latencies with those settings;
Hope it helps
Running this RAM at 3800mhz & 1900 IF with my 3700x.
Timings are 16-16-16-16-32 at 1.42v
Latency in DRAM calculator membench is 63-64ns
Absolutely rock solid, to my surprise. 15 hours of memtest64 with 0 errors.
I disagree with that. Sure, £1000 could be considered on the low end when it comes to speaker setups, but that's still enough to be a worthwhile improvement over stereo, especially for films
I've got the exact same issue with my Sony TV (43W805C). I haven't got a suggested fix, but I have worked out a way of killing the app much quicker than going through all the menus.
Once you're on the hanging Netflix loading screen, you can press and hold the 'Home' button for a few seconds...
Is that definitely correct? Just been spec'ing up a Skoda Superb on drivethedeal.com and they clearly state the £4,000 scrappage allowance is in lieu of any PCP deposit contribution.
Sorry, I don't understand what you're referring to here.
I don't claim to know the in's and out's of the benefits system in this country - my original post was based solely on the information provided by the OP. If the information he provided is correct - i.e. he's been told he's entitled to...
