    S2000 owners advice

Glad this thread has been revived as I'm looking to add something to my UK collection - Ive got a space in my garage next to the DB9. Have been looking at the s2000 and there seem to be 3 on eBay that have caught my mind. Would you guys touch a cat s/n? There's a cat s GT edition currently...

When are you going fully electric?

It just seems ridiculous for it to increase by 4 fold though? The cheapest I could get it was to around 3.8k

When are you going fully electric?

Has anyone noticed crazy insurance quotes for EVs in the UK. My Model Y renewal went from 1200 to 2400, with the cheapest quote online is around 4000? This is with no issues/claims/points, 15 years NCB. Meanwhile in Dubai it cost a couple hundred to insure fully comp a RR Wraith...

Cool I'll just stick to that then - was relatively easy to apply and the 2 cars I have done seem to be holding up well

Car alloy kerbed/damaged by meet and greet company

The bends are quite sharp in the car park and I had to go quite slowly around them myself when going up the floors of the airport so I guess they just floored it. Im actally annoyed as I dont usually use these services for this reason and prefer a taxi - it was a joint holiday with my cousin and...

Car alloy kerbed/damaged by meet and greet company

Hi guys, Recently used "we deal parking" to book a meet and greet parking service at Gatwick South Terminal on the 14th of June during a recent 5 day holiday to Istanbul. "We deal parking" have good reviews, but what I didnt realise is that they subcontact to other companies. The company that...

    *** Desk and Room Gallery***

Amazing desk setups here - I will be coming and going more frequently to the UK so will need to convert the downstairs room into a work space. Walls are all "wimborne white" - will post a picture soon and would love some tips on desk, chair and monitors

Opinions on this car and dealership?

Long story short a lot of yutes, badman and roadman rag the ever lasting life out of their cars, don't service/maintain it as they should and have repair work / MOT done at questionable garages and outfits. Stereotype I know but a cousin recently purchased a c63 w204 from a cuzzie bro in...

    Community Fibre

So testing was delayed as during the CF install, the lads didnt leave enough slack in the drop cable coming from the pole to the outside of the house. As they tied the cable to the outside gutter, it moved on a windy day and the tension caused the fibre optic cable to tear. Long story short was...

    BMW and M Power Owners

Alas I sold my BMW M4 back to Sytner. Received £5771 in equity which I'm very happy with. Sytner (Harold Wood) tried to take the mick however - in the summer it was valued with ~3.8 equity; they knew I was desperate this time *(my fault, I mentioned I was back in the UK for a short period) and...

On the 1gb package and have swapped out the velop as it was quite terrible back to my asus ax88u. Speeds havent been great though. Speed tests on the router shows fluctuating speeds between 400-600mb. Through my gaming laptop (Wireless-AC 9560 card) speeds are around 150-300 and sitting next to...

When are you going fully electric?

I get that, but I doubt the rudeboi racer driver demo are likely to drive an m4 than they are a tesla model y? I've also plugged in my dad's details to check and it's about the same price. Tested renewal on the M4 which has also seemed to increase.... might just be that insurance costs more this...

When are you going fully electric?

Why is ev insurance so expensive? Getting my m4 insured - £800, Tesla model y - 4k + quotes???

When are you going fully electric?

Ah I wasn't aware of that - I might give the kick sensor a miss then as I rarely used it in my BMW and it was more of a gimmick feature that I showed off once or twice to friends.

When are you going fully electric?

Yeah the stock wheels are horrendous, although I test drove one with the 20" wheels and the ride is not as comfortable. I've got quite a few goodies for it coming from Ali express - Speedometer thingy, swivel mount, black hubcaps and a foot sensor for the rear boot (this should have come stock imo)

When are you going fully electric?

Didn't have much time today to take better pics but the Tesla MY was delivered today. Quite a smooth process and handover from the lease company I must say. M4 on the right will probably go very soon
