At a guess, I would say that someone has used (spoofed) your domain name as the sender in a mass email exercise - s/he builds the recipient name from a database of First and Last names. Where the destination email address doesn't exist or is invalid, the target email server is (helpfully)...

Based on my experience with my local Halfords, whether they do repairs or not, I would avoid them at all costs. Try to find a local specialist / enthusiast - you could google "The Association of Cycle Traders" (ACT) they have an on-line search facility that will find your nearest retailer.

Does anyone use / know of any good free email to SMS services? I used to use an O2 or Orange one (can't remember which) but can't find it now and would like to use one again. I have also used ones built into CRM software but they aren't free. I just HATE texting on the tiny keys on a...
