Thank you to all of those that took the time to reply
Loop is now finished and settled on pump/res > flow meter > side rad > top rad > CPU > GPU > pump/res
Thanks for the replys
Never seen Declassified Systems before, wow what nice work!
What doesn't help is that the GPU has its inlet on the left, would have been nicer if I could have gone in on the right then out of the left
So I decided to switch it up so the O11D XL has gone with its distro plate and I've now welcomed the Corsair 7000x with XD5 pump/res combo
I know I will be asked so main reason for this change is space, with thick rads top and bottom the O11 was very tight and if I ever needed to get to...
Anyone put white keys on one of these? I know there is the new moonlight white version but it seems to only be in US format for now so wondering what the original would look like with white keys...
Remove both drives from the computer and place then on something soft like a pillow next to the pc and plug them in, soon tell you where the problem lies
(Put them upside down on the pillow)
I've recently painted 2 Corsair XR7 360mm rads from black to white with no ill effects
Only thing I would recommend is before painting your rads do a test paint on something else and check the colour is what you want as although I used a white paint (think rustoleum) and it looked great during...
So decided to try satin tubing in my build instead as clear was just too much clear acrylic in the build and it certainly works and breaks things up but I'm having trouble with marking
Not only on bends but also in a couple of other places I'm getting what looks like clear patches in the tubes...
I'm using EK's bracket as it's the most solid unit on the market as it screws directly to the motherboard standoffs on the end of the card so 0 sag, also swapped the cable to a white linkup pcie 4.0 cable
New block arrived and much happier with how it fits in the build, led colour is perfect
Only thing now is I need to redo all my pipework as not happy with it the way it is lol
Yeh tweaking's not an option for me as I have about 10/11 RGB devices on 2 headers so that wouldn't work with the way I've split them
So Rob here @ OCUK has sorted me out an Alphacool Edge block that will be here tomorrow so I'm pretty sure it will do the trick :D
Thanks for all the reply's guys
My build is white and primarily my RGB will be white too and as everything else is RGB and the whole thing lights up like a Christmas tree my block must have RGB and want it to match in
I already have an Alphacool GPU block and love the RGB on that so after...
That distro is not a distro that you can directly screw a pump into you would need a separate pump with a top of some kind
You could use either a D5 or a DDC pump, the latest DDC is a 4.2...
I'll be honest, I'm tired n prob not read all this thread properly or missed a certain requirement but have you considered a 5950x on the new Asus X570 Creator board?
https://www.asus.com/uk/Motherboards-Components/Motherboards/ProArt/ProArt-X570-CREATOR-WIFI/
Plenty USB including 2 USB-C...
So currently running a 5950x with an EK Velocity block, love the block it's performance is great but unfortunately aesthetically the RGB LEDs really let it down.
RGB on it when set to white has quite a blue hue to it compared to the rest of the systems LEDs (I've even had a replacement set of...
