    Legality of an employment contract

Get yourself over to the Consumer Action Group. They have some extremely knowledgeable members. They helped me immensely when a large company pursued me for a training bond because I left 'too soon'. The employer went after me a few years after I left and it got as far as a couple of weeks...

Does something need to be done about dogs?

If it's all about blame for you, and everything is so black and white, then I see no point in engaging further with you.

Does something need to be done about dogs?

I also think a contributing factor is the number of people getting 'rescue dogs'. Not only have lots of people that have never had a dog before, got a dog, but they've got dogs that frequently come with 'issues' already built-in and they're receiving next to no support or guidance on how to look...

Does something need to be done about dogs?

Horses for courses. I don't use the plastic (usually bone shaped) dispensers as they're bloomin' awful things and the little clips you get with them are worse. Landfill. Not all poo bags have handles, or have enough material to form a loop. But once tied, they all have a knot, which can be...

The problem is then the council having to empty them and the cost involved of paying someone to walk xxx metres down a path and back again. Even dropping the bag to pick up later is chancing it. You haven't actually cleared away the poo, so you're potentially still going to be prosecuted for...

Going on a Caribbean Cruise - need advice on mobile use.

I'll need to check. It looks like Voxi do a 15 day international roaming add-on for £25.

Going on a Caribbean Cruise - need advice on mobile use.

My mum is going on a Caribbean cruise in a couple of weeks and has asked about using her mobile phone. Apparently data access whilst on-board will be mucho ££, so I said I'd look into roaming on a UK SIM when she's on shore. She's currently on Tesco PAYG and could easily swap to another provider...

    *** Official SONOS Thread ***

I'm interested to hear from users that have added a mini-Sub to a Beam (Gen 2) and 2x One rears setup and how it improved (or not) the sound. My primary objective isn't more bass, but a better handling of the mids/highs (speech) from the centre (Beam).

Does something need to be done about dogs?

I don't need to explain - I'm simply passing on what blind people with guide dogs, and guide dog trainers have told me. In my line of work I meet them regularly. But think about it...compare the independence of having a person do a bunch of jobs for you, to doing them yourself (with the aid of...

Does something need to be done about dogs?

Guide Dogs give the sort of independence and companionship that a human helper could never provide.

Does something need to be done about dogs?

And in every one that I've seen (double figures) the dog is showing extreme signs of distress and is only a few steps away from snapping at, or even biting, the child. Treated this way often enough, and warning signs ignored often enough, a dog will stop giving those warnings and go straight to...

Pretty rubbish incentives imo. Double storage? Not bothered - move everything to the cloud and keep storage usage low. "Up to..." trade-in - lol, only if you're sending them last years flagship Samsung.

Does something need to be done about dogs?

You get the younger people, just looking for a quick buck, and it's something they can do part time, during holidays. They usually undercut the professionals, and do take away their business, but they're quickly out of the picture as they've stopped, realised it's harder than they thought, or...

Does something need to be done about dogs?

Most councils do place limits on the number of dogs that can be walked. For my council, Sefton, it's six. Sadly, there are too many people that either aren't aware, or just don't care. Six is more than enough if you're out in public spaces, but there are walkers out there that are just in it...

Which iPad for daughter for drawing?

I'm going to hop onto this thread as I'm in the same position as the OP. My 11yr old daughter is an avid drawer and we want to get her a tablet/pen for her digital art. I'm weighing up the options and narrowing it down to Pencil v2 and therefore Air/Pro helps. Should I just look for the best...

I walk an Irish, ex-racer called Lass and she's exactly the same. One of my favourite dogs. She just pootles along on our walks and is no trouble. Very affectionate.
