Looks like I’ve just adopted another one :D - there’s something about Kazakhstan family’s that as soon as their child torments a pet to the point in defends itself they offload it.

This is gruffy my partners adopted Scottish fold who is happily terrorising Kazakhstan at the moment whilst we sort out getting him back to the UK

Not sure why for a 30 min rated fire door they are using a 120 min rated door closer - ash veneered fd30 door approx £110 Say £200 if it gets machined offset which it needs to be done by a fire door certified company rather than a chap on site. Overall seems a tad expensive but if it’s done...

Don’t try and DIY any changes to a fire door as I’m sure you would agree your life is worth more than £300 which for me is cheap for a bespoke fire door
