One huge benefit is being able to use a different data provider. I have an EE eSIM with limited data, and an all you can eat 3 SIM card just for data. I can swap between them if I need to pretty effortlessly.

It says on the call of duty forums that all initial pressings get the nuk3town code. Other shops just don't know, so they aren't able to say it does include it. I'm sure it will.
