It doesnt seem to the the k which is a shame. I understand why they arent everyones cup of tea, but my old XPS 700 was very well made.

In the past AMD seemed to be better bang for buck than Intel, but it seems that the 9590 was a poor choice. It needs a very high spec motherboard with cancels out a lot of the savings compared to the 4790 and this isnt really much cheaper and a lot slower. The Dell does seem to be good value...

Thank you stulib, much appreciated. I have looked at that Gigabyte 4790k bundle, on one hand it is circa £100 more than the AMD but on the other hand its a lot cheaper than the prebuilt Dell. Decisions decisions! :D

You could request that sigs are turned off, Im sure a few other forums have this functionality for individuals to switch them off in the control panel.

Thing is my forum sig has been the same for 12/18 months without trouble. Thanks for this but I started this thread to clarify the rules as they aren't clear to me and I am clearly not the only one. It also seems that these rules are moderated correctly.
