    Safety shoes

Im size 13 and have fairly wide feet, its an absolute nightmare to find safety boots/trainers that dont hurt my feet. Most brands go upto 12 and seem to use the same size toe cap no matter the size. Currently wearing some doc martin ones i paid £90 for and even they hurt.

Hedge trimmer - is this decent?

I got the Ryobi 36v cordless mower and strimmer earlier in the year and love them. Gonna grab the matching pole hedge trimmer when my hedge is ready for its end of summer trim.

    Netflix here we go again.

Sister in law got kicked off my Standard £10.99 plan a few days ago, so ive dropped to the basic £6.99 plan just so the wife can use it and my sister in law isnt going to start her own account. So they've lost £4 from me.

    Netflix here we go again.

I wonder if enough cancelling so they make less money than theyre gaining by people adding extra subs will make them go back on this

    Netflix here we go again.

Its the mrs lol. I have Youtube Premium, Spotify and my own Plex server but she likes to just put Netflix on and find rubbish to watch. Even the kids just prefer Youtube.

    Netflix here we go again.

I share our Netflix with my sister in law and she shares two accounts from her Spotify family pass. Really do not wanna pay this extra £4.99 to Netflix but not really anyway for me to get out of it without losing free Spotify lol. I dont even watch netflix, its all crap.

    YouTube Premium

Just went to move my sub from Argentina to Turkey or India and Mullvad dont have servers in either of those, Think I was with Nord when i set it up originally. Edit: Installed that Urban VPN extension mentioned above, setup for monthly payments for turkey at £2.70 for the family one. Sorted.

Most of what you believe about a healthy diet is probably not true.

Most of the stuff posted has been decent information, I would disagree with the stuff about fasting having any kind of benefits over the same calories/diet being consumed over a normal days eating though.

Most of what you believe about a healthy diet is probably not true.

The difference being its being consumed with all the fibre, vitamins and minerals of the fruit, not just a straight shot of sugar. Fructose is good for keeping a metabolism going at a decent rate during a diet too.

    Kids these days, eh?

Nothing confirmed but what I've heard in the last few days is the mother of the little girl worked in some kind of recruitment agency and sacked the killer. I walked past the murder scene on saturday bringing my kids back from the park, so horrible to see. Hundreds of bunches of flowers.

    Kids these days, eh?

Yeah its a ******** but its just the place I live, I love it in a weird way. 99% of the people here are massively racist and terrified of change, Its very embaressing. If you want a laugh I could go on my facebook and find 100 posts from people I know with comments like "oh i bet it was a...
