I just contacted a local glass company and got them to cut me a piece of 4mm toughened glass to size. Cut the original tabs off and use some extra strong adhesive to fit it. Really pleased and cost me a total of £14.50!

I just used a local glass company half a mile from my house, I'm sure I was a pain to them asking for a £12 piece of glass but they did it anyway. I doubt they would post though so I would say just email some local firms and see what they say
