I'm on a asus tuf x670e-plus wifi paired with a 7800x3d and 64gb of gskill trident z5 cl30.
I've set the SoC to 1.2 in the bios but unsure what to set the CPU VDDIO / MC VOLTAGE to.
Auto runs it at 1.4 the same as the ram voltage, should I leave it there or run it at the same or as close to...
OK had a quick play last night and she seems happy with -30 on 6 cores and -25 on the 2 strongest. Will do a proper stress test later today but for now it's chocolate time :)
As long as your cooler uses the stock am4 backplate then yes there is no need for any adapter kits. I've just put straight on a EK Supremacy water block with no hassle
Mmm that is interesting. Only 2 m2 drives and only will ever use 2, not a fan of using loads would rather just up their capacity. Will take a look at this MB
Thanks for the reply. Yeah in my heart I've narrowed it down to the E-E and the Carbon. Normally buy Gigabyte but they seem to be having a bit of a shocker this time around. Am on a b550 tomahawk atm as a bit of a stop gap and quite like it so might stay MSI

When I do do pancake it's at 1440p and it's only Squad 44. But mostly I play DCS in vr with the q3.
we were very spoilt with that though and unfortunately the planes are wrapped up in cotton wool these days or they just dont fly anymore. granted some of the battles look weird/bad but i think its just the limitation of the cgi with masters of the air
