I assume you've tried rebooting? This happens to me occasionally and I just have to reboot. I know that's not a fix, but nothing I've tried actually fixed the problem.

Yes, it's exactly that. My server rack chugs along at 300w regardless of time of day. That doesn't include our PCs either. Also, our cooking times coincide with the peak hours, which means if we use the oven (electric) it gets pretty pricey. Just general stuff like that.

Does anyone know where to get hold of AMD torque screwdrivers for Epyc and Threadripper? I know I can buy a torque set separately but they're rather expensive and overkill for the purpose. Cheers.

I have a Pi4 2GB and a Pi3 1GB. I use the Pi4 I use as a test pattern generator for screen calibration. The Pi3 I use for odd projects here and there, it doesn't have a fixed use.
