Do a fresh install of the drivers (custom install / clean), it's what turned the LED on on the Gigabyte 3070 I had.

As already stated, stick to NZXT or Corsair, whilst mixing MAY work it can cause all sorts of funky issues. The iCue software doesn't really play nicely with other RGB software.

Just remember if it looks too good to be true it often is! GPU market is funky right now.

What cooler are you running? You can pick up decent coolers for not a lot of money now, the Freezer 34 Duo is great for the money.
