I spent ages on phone over space of a week. Escalated it, but they point blank refused to refund to other card. In end they say the refunded, but that was a lie as that card didn't exist anymore. Even contacted my previous card supplier, but they said if it had been refunded would have contacted...

Their CS changed around covid time. I used for donkeys yrs. Then had a ssd go faulty, because I didn't have the original credit card I bought it with anymore they refused to refund me. Fought tooth n nail. Was only like 80 quid. Point blank refused.:mad:
