Have you checked to see if you've another version of FireFox running in the task menu that didn't close correctly. That happens to me quite a bit and I get the same message when I try to start FF.

I had a problem with Crysis, for some reason every 2-3 days it would force me to re-install my Graphics driver. I never did find a fix for it, other games were fine but my card was a bit slow. After replacing it I never had the problem again.
