QC is spot on IMO. Customer service is up there to be honest as well. When ever i've had issues they have had no problems replacing stuff or giving advice. I use Bitspower rotaries and EKWB compression fittings, blocks, radiators. Always been spot on, just as good as other brands i have used...

Agreed, I’ve been caught out before and nearly lost several very important accounts. One reason all of my passwords are now completely different and random which are changed regularly. Stored with a master password which is handwritten and 2FA. Haven’t had any issues since then.

Remove small penny/cell 2032 battery on the board for a few minutes and then refit is easiest way. Being a 9600k, board could be auto-overclocking from stock. So i'd also double check everything is correct as if it is auto OCing chances are that cooler won't handle it very well.

Board could also be appling way to much voltage at stock. I'd reset the cmos and let us know what the Core voltage is as read in the bios. How much paste are you applying? is it spreading out fine and the cooler itself making good contact with even pressure? What are the temps you are seeing...
