Fresh install. About 30 times today as had a right ball ache with the drivers not installing. Yup tried with others cards a test but only got Nvidia ones. 650 750 Ti No issues

Just built this PC with the 1 card. The drive fails to loads fully but I can see the card in GPU-Z and it is showing 100% memory usage but nothing is running...?
