is there a back-up prog for saving my username/passwords and bookmarks ect ?

using an old version of Firefox but i would like to run the latest version but i cannot :( it does not start in full mode and it will not start even when i try to run in safe mode. i have tried to run it without any extensions or add-ons it will simply not start-task manager says it is running...

got my bookmarks restored - imported it from back up folder suing bookmarkbackup .json file ( not imported from another browser.ie.explorer 8) just need to get password file restored.

had major probs installing Firefox 4, backed up folder and it's contents with folders such as bookmarksbackup and a password file called signons.sqlite file. well things were not going to plan and in my frustration i deleted the mozzilla firefox folder (but with as above saved to safe...

help please , updated to Firefox 4 ( pc is win xp 32 bit) and it will not start at all, several entries is task manager but even with one running it would not start. had to revert to 3.5 and guess what....it works, so can someone please advise on why this brand new spanking browser will not...

some concerts i go to allow, tolerate pple taking pics, but only digi type non-pro type cameras,,,,,,sometimes flash is not welcomed. allowing for dark, fast moving action, what type of camera that can be easily stuck into a chest pocket, with great optical zoom, anti-blur will be good enough...
