It's on Twitter. It's funny, they say the shipment scheduled for next week is still on track but I'm very doubtful and like you expect it's related to last minute board changes.
There's no information to go on yet. I would hope that by the end of next week there'll be a rough ETA assigned to orders based on our elusive 'queue' positions.
There are a lot of conflicting reports around, I wouldn't drop out with my 'pre-order' (£649 from a site beginning with S) until its had a review under more controlled conditions.

Difficult to get any valuable impressions without seeing it in standard conditions compared with the FE etc, but...
Interest rates aren't good at the moment, particularly when the cash must remain liquid. Anything better requires time/risk and I doubt they're buying Bitcoin, 10 year index funds or betting it all on black.
3700X at 1440p. Eh, probably with some games.
But once I eventually have a 3080 in hand I'm buying an LG CX OLED. That's my main interest with this gen of cards.
If you check some of the other posts, people have received partial refunds. There is a finite capacity of staff working at OCUK and with the systems issues yesterday they will be flat out - they might have resorted to manually working through the orders. You'll get a refund eventually.
