Thanks for the nice words :) I'm not sure on the warranty (it comes with no manual or documentation - it might be online). It was bought direct through Art Lebedev so warranty would be through them i would imagine. They keys are larger then my Dell keys but not by as much as it seems. The...

We pay £34pm i think for TV:M, Phone, BB:XL. Just part of their package deals really - it drops the BB from £37 to £23pm when all the services are bundled. Could do with some more TV channels though - may have to look into some wangling on upping it to Large.

    Cable router

Shouldn't be too much of an issue so long as you make sure you get a cable one. From my experience Netgear and Linksys are pretty safe bets.

    Smothwall.

it might be helpful if you cna provide some more info re: your network, its current configuratione tc and how you'd like it, for what reasons etc i'm just wondering, if you're interested in Smoothwall why don't you use this as your primary (and only) firewall? Like so: Smoothy: Red interface...

    Cable router

providing you get a solid wireless (i.e. strong) connection it should be fine. If it's 60% or less signal strength i'd consider upgrading to a wired or 108/300Mbps wireless network (router+laptop/PC wireless cards).

    Virgin Media BB

No they only provide a cable modem which provides a single ethernet out (whcih outputs an external 8x.xxx.xxx.xxx type IP address). hence you'll probably need a CABLE router (not an ADSL one).
