    Pressure washer recommendations

After some, albeit brief, research I went with this from Screwfix https://www.screwfix.com/p/titan-ttb2200prw-dual-speed-150bar-electric-high-pressure-washer-2-2kw-230v/766kh?ref=SFAppShare Reasons I went for this over others was price Vs comparative examples, eg K4. It collapses down to a...

    Home Assistant

What hardware are people running this on? I know Pi’s are popular but you also need to purchase a zigbee/other relevant protocol adaptors? Is there a ‘cheats’ package to get me up and running at least from a hardware perspective - I’m comfortable with the software element.

*****Official BBQ Thread - Suns out, Buns out!*****

What does everyone have planned for the bank holiday? I’ve done my first Turner&George order and gone for their Black Burgers, Boston Butt, Baby Back Ribs and some pork belly. Rotty - what did you do with your pork belly? I’m tempted with pork belly burnt ends but yours as a slab looks damn...

I was in a similar boat for both experience and budget. I was sorely tempted by an egg-type device but after much research opted for a Weber Master touch Premium. Went for this as the support on the internet is amazing, with many recipes made for the exact grill. I went for the premium as it...

Thank you, although now I’m torn as amazingribs.com argues there’s no need for foil wrapping - I guess it’s a good job I’ve got two racks coming to experiment! No rotisserie yet, I’m on an accessory ban until next pay day - foolishly I worked out the average cost of each meal so far...let’s...

I over-ordered to get free delivery for the upcoming bank holiday and have beef short ribs, baby back ribs, and picanha steak all arriving tomorrow. I’m thinking the 3-2-1 method for the baby back ribs with a simple bbq glaze. Smoking the beef short ribs for a day But am at a loss with the...

I went for the Master Touch Premium, was fortunate to get it when WOWBBQ were doing 10% off with a code but it doesn’t seem to be valid any more. I have no regrets at all, it has performed flawlessly and I love that it’s what the majority of others who provide recipes and tutorials use, greatly...

Did my first ever smoke this weekend - jumped in and went for a Master Touch Premium, really pleased I went for the Premium as it came with the diffuser plate etc rather than needing to buy a slow n sear etc. Anyway, onto pictures - I used this recipe...

I’ve been inspired by the pictures, the recipes and the flurry of gadgets available to an avid BBQ’r these days and have taken the plunge on a 22” kettle BBQ to be delivered this week. My question is, or sorry, multiple questions: Best place to buy briqs? I’ve read briquettes are far better...

****The Sony RX100 Series Owners and Tips Thread****

After being inspired by this thread and various recommendations in the forum I purchased my first 'proper' camera yesterday - an RX100 II. Now, the only issue is my ability to take good photos - I've only ever used my iPhone camera to this point - what's a good starting point, generic or RX100...

    Road Cycling Essentials

Gents, hoping you can offer a n00b a bit of advice; I bought a single speed a year ago with the intention of commuting but just couldn't get into it - a lack of fitness + hills + single speed is never going to quite add up! So am now looking to get into it again, but this time with added gears...

Just phoned Sky to lower my Monthly cost.

I was on an employee half price deal and rung to cancel it recently stating the reason I only had it was because it was half price, cancelled me there and then on the phone, no haggling, About 2 weeks later I get a letter saying if I come back they will do me another 12 months half price, by...

    Trading the stockmarket (NO Referrals)

I've been in BMR since 2.8p, so may be a bit biased, but still a cracking stock, everything is pointing towards a good rise on news, especially if there are 2 separate RNS's. As always DYOR etc but look up Zedd from LSE on III etc and he has made some interesting posts about future prices...

    Trading the stockmarket (NO Referrals)

Interesting array of investments here, personally I've only 1 stock at the moment, BMR.L, in @ 2.8p, and not looked back since, if anyone has time to research them I'd advise it, but of course, DYOR etc. Also looking into getting into SHG and SKR soon based off others advise my own research...

    £8.5k...On a Clio...Am I mad?

Ahh, didn't realise the Ka is so cheap to maintain, I haven't really looked into it, cost wise I have no worries about running this or many other cars, I would just prefer to not be spending money where it could be avoided by buying an alternative! Thanks for the advice Spaz, I will have to...

    £8.5k...On a Clio...Am I mad?

Morning all, Just a quick bit of advice, I have a company car, Smart at the moment, soon to be a Mini, but just need something a bit more 'fun' in my life, que a walk around some local garages where I found a Clio 197, in Nimbus Grey, 36k on the clock, 56 plate, for 8.5k, this seems an ok...

    iphone FM transmitter/charger/cradle

I got a Belkin Tune base v. recently and it's been fantastic, it has clear scan to auto find clear channels, and also works as a handsfree kit, wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to anyone else.

    Quick Help: 3D TV recomendations..

Only issue with passive is the viewing angle, stray too far to the left or right and you will lose the 3d'ness, if it isn't an issue and your worried about cost, although passive sets cost more normally to start with go down that route, but if you can afford one with active technology then...

    Projector screen sizes.

Projector screens are normally / should be measured along the bottom edge and not diagonally. However, there has been a shift recently where they are now starting to measure diagonally, very annoying if you don't read the specs in depth and end up with a much smaller screen then you were expecting.
