Thankyou! If I can manage to get the system to boot (which I'm not optimistic about), I will give Load line adjustment a go. If I can't get it to boot, then I guess it's a case of reaching out to the motherboard and PSU manufacturers...

Hey Pasty, the video's off a wall socket but I usually run it off an surge protected extension but after testing - the issue occurs on both. The PSU is a Corsair SF750 Platinum - fairlyyyy confident it isn't that mind.
