Neutral back feed? Wtf are you talking about, they'll get a belt off the live loop not the neutral if they don't isolate the circuit. You can hold on to the neutral all day long unless there is a fault somewhere as it should be (near enough) at 0v potential. The neutral doesn't even get broken...

That fuse insert MCB on the lefthand side is tripped push the top button in to reset it and it should stay flush, but be aware: It's probably tripped for a reason and if the shower doesn't heat up after resetting but lights on etc then the element has probably blown and that's what has caused...

Just get another box they aren't worth the hassle of splitting it to change the bellhousing section for the cost of them. I'd advise against the paddle clutch too unless going big power as it will just be a thorn in your side.

Does the mk1 focus uses the usual stupid ford coolant valve to regulate coolant flow to the matrix to alter the temperature does it not? Rather than do it on the air side. They always used to like to fail, usually conveniently in the fully hot position.

Yep tried several BIOS on both the card the m/b. UEFI option is off but i've tried it either way. The card just doesn't run, no heartbeat light at all but it works in other boards and i've had it 12 months so I know its a good card. Won't run in any of the 3 Q67 boards I have nor a H61 ITX...

Did the M1015 run on the P8Z77-I? I'm currently struggling to try to get mine (crossflashed to 9210-8i) to work with a variety of Q67 boards without any great sucess, don't want to buy one for no reason if the result will be the same.

Be careful when undoing it though as a good ammount of oil will drop out as you haven't been able to undo that drain plug and drain the filter housing. I'd personally get a replacement cover before attempting this so you know you are fine next time.

Tbh, that all sounds normal for an IB5 box in a mk4 fiesta. You won't find many that don't sound like that, a fresh rebuild one won't sound much better. (been there done that)

Taper has been that tight on all the ones i've done that I can get the nut undone with an open ended spanner with the shaft still fitted. And fitting new ones its usually tight enough held against the taper to get the nut done up again, ten minutes each side tops. I've only done Mk5/8P mind so...

The ignition on/off sequence disables the interior sensors. Are you saying the alarm still goes off with them disabled?
