I have an X399M Taichi that only shows the blue LEDs cycling when running, the debug panel is blank. Machine is only rebooted once or twice a year so haven't got a clue what the panel shows when first powered on. Have you tried without the GPU in ?

As written in the first post of the thread... So check your serial number which will start with year 20 then second number is the week So 2038 and below would be on old connector block & 2039 and above is on the new one
